Whether it's a Masquerade Ball at the Kahala Hotel & Resort or an aerial fireworks show over Waikiki , it's not too late to make plans for New Year's Eve.

* Sponsored by the members of the Waikiki Improvement Association, the spectacular fireworks show from a barge just off shore starts at 11:55 p.m. with one announcement firework every minute before midnight. Then at midnight, the big fireworks show begins.
